Description:
It is a
charming villa where all the details, even the smallest, are much cured.
The
furnishing is prestigious and searched, with antic pieces of the ' 800; the tiles,
that cover the scales that carry you to the first floor or the cover the walls
of the kitchen, come directly from Saint Stefano of Camastra.
The
fireplace is set right in the center of the living and dining area, where there
is the entrance too of the villa, it is covered by stone “pece”, that is the
typical stone of Ragusa , therefore the belonging to this territory reflects in the
inside of the structure too.
The
exteriors of the villa are much cured you and spacious too, a full garden with flowered
plants that color all around, with palms and the typical vegetation of the place.
The day
area is made by table for dining, sofas, TV-sat, fireplace and the kitchen perfectly
equipped with every facilities (microwaves, dish washer, washing machine...).
In the
first floor we find the night area, made by a double bedroom, 2 bathrooms both
with shower; then we have others 2 bedrooms, where in the first we find a bed
with French size (one sleep and an half) and in the second bedroom we have 2
single beds (upon request this twin bedroom can be a double), in these bedrooms
there are mezzanines with 2 extra sleeps that are gettable through a scale.
So in total
we have 6+2 sleeps.
From the
wide terrace in the first floor we cans enjoy the wonderful sight on the blue
sea. The villa is in short distance from the sandy beach of Marina of Ragusa, in a
zone made all of houses for vacation, well served with buses, restaurants, gastronomies,
night life, equipped beaches...
